In our Aymara cosmovision, we strongly believe that everything has life—from a simple rock to a mountain, which for us are our ancestors, our grandparents, and part of our Pachamama (Mother Earth). Likewise, our totoras have life. These lives are unique because they help restore our lake, giving their life in the process.
